Emplacement à 2 pas du Panthéon excellent.
Appartement très calme (sauf l'isolation de la porte d'entrée: quand le voisin rentre chez lui à 23h30, on dirait qu'il rentre chez vous)
Logement très propre, fidèle aux photos (nouveau canapé et salon de jardin), climatisé (mais les fenêtres ne sont pas du tout hermétiques),cuisine fonctionnelle (avec une nespresso et 7 dosettes pour les 5 jours ?! ,1 frigo/congélateur),2 plaques vitrocéramiques (le chiffre de celle du haut s'affiche qu'à moitié donc c'est un peu difficile). Lit en 140x200 est confortable. Douche problématique si vous êtes grand (mon mari 1m86 n'y tient pas debout). Pas de meuble pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain (donc 5 jours où tout est par terre). Prise qui ne tient pas au mur et ne marche pas. La machine à laver est un plus,mais pas de lessive à disposition (vu le prix on pourrait la fournir), j'en ai achetée que j'ai donc laissée pour les suivants. Séchoir rouillé.
Pour le prix, il manque quelques détails.

This is our second time staying at this apartment. The location is fantastic and easily walkable to many of the major monuments. The lower balcony is peaceful and a wonderful place to enjoy a coffee while overlooking the remains of the Baths of Agrippa. The balcony furniture has been updated since our other stay last year and is very comfortable. As with last year, the bed is firmer than we personally like and we seem to run out of hot water quickly in the shower if we use it back to back (and my 6 foot 5 inch fiance can't fully stand up in it!), but for us, the good things about the apartment outweigh the bad, which is why we were happy to stay here again. We've enjoyed both of our stays in this apartment.

Das Apartment eignet sich ideal um die Stadt fußläufig zu erkunden.
Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht man mit ca. 30 Minuten.
Aber auch Busse fahren nur drei Minuten entfernt.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig und der Balkon eignet sich gut zum entspannen.
Die Wohnung war sauber und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns in der sehr ruhigen Wohnung gleich sehr wohl gefühlt , sehr gutes Bett, nette kleine Terasse , alles sehr gut erreichbar, Kaffee auch schon vorhanden. Für uns ein perfekter Aufenthalt .

Comfortable, quiet and secure apartment. Felt right at home. Well furnished and decorated. Main floor living/dinning room, kitchen and nice balcony. Above, bedroom, bathroom and balcony with washing machine. Functional kitchen with electric cook top. Adequate equipment and supplies. Convenience store next door, close to many restaurants and sights. Perfect location. Bus 64 to/from Roma Termini train/bus station.

La ubicación fue espectacular, mejor de lo que pensábamos. Pudimos hacer muchas cosas en los 3 días que nos hospedamos de forma super cómoda.
El departamento estaba limpio y ordenado, y era muy amplio. El balcón resultó ideal para los desayunos y alguna merienda!

This was such a gem of a place to stay in Rome! Literally a couple of streets away from the Pantheon with amazing restaurants on every corner. The two balconies were peaceful and the apartment was gorgeous. We would happily stay here again!

Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter tout Rome à pied ou transport commun , il donne sur une cour intérieure très très calme, le balcon est très agréable pour se reposer du tumulte de Rome, le logement a le charme du rustique, la communication facile pour y accéder et le quitter
La salle de bain est à améliorer, pas de douche debout possible, le lit n est Pas grand 140, nous avons apprécié, juste un peu cher Pour les 2 points qui ne correspondent plus au standards : nous ne sommes pourtant ni très grands ni gros Hihihi

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, pero a la vez, en una calle silenciosa. El apartamento tiene todo lo que uno necesita para pasar una semana, cocina equipada

Lovely apartment located very central. Everything you would want to see is within 10-20 minute walk.
The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating making the stay that much easier. Overall a great apartment and excellent location right beside the pantheon and restaurants.

Αρκετά καλό σπίτι. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία δίπλα στο Πάνθεον στα 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Μπορείς να πας παντού με τα πόδια είσαι κοντά σε όλα. Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Ως αρνητικά μπορώ να πω ότι κάποια πράγματα είναι πολύ παλιά όπως κουφώματα πόμολα πρίζες με αποτέλεσμα να μην είναι εύκολη η χρήση τους και να υπάρχουν προβλήματα. Επίσης το μπάνιο είναι κοντό και ένας ψηλός άνθρωπος άνω των 1.75 δε μπορεί να σταθεί όρθιος στη ντουζιέρα. Πάντως αυτό που δείχνουν στις φωτογραφίες αυτό είναι. Πληρώνεις την τοποθεσία του κέντρου Ρώμης

Highly recommend, host wait for us till late night due to flight delayed.
Location is great, 2-3 min walk to Pantheon.
Restaurants and shops everywhere.
Great spot to walk to Vatican or Forum Romanum too.

This apartment is in the perfect location, all of the attractions are walkable and it is still a peaceful escape from the city. It is very comfortable and homely. We would definitely stay here again!
